UNITED KINGDOM

We dispatch using Royal Mail and aim to send all UK orders placed before midday on the same day (Monday-Friday only) and orders placed after midday will be processed on the next working day. If you need your order urgently, we advise that you choose the Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery options. For orders placed on Friday before midday we also offer Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed which ensures that your order will be delivered before 1pm on Saturday. Royal Mail 48 - £2.50 
This is our standard dispatch method. Orders that are dispatched by Royal Mail 48 are usually delivered 2 working days after dispatch (Monday - Friday deliveries only). Orders over £50 are delivered FREE.

Royal Mail 24 - £3.75 
Orders that are dispatched by Royal Mail 24 are usually delivered on the next working day after dispatch (Monday - Friday deliveries only).

Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm - £6.95 
With Special Delivery your order is guaranteed to be delivered on the next working day before 1pm (Monday-Friday). Orders must be placed before midday to ensure they are dispatched on the same day and orders placed after midday will be processed on the next working day. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Saturday) - £9.45 
Available for orders placed on Fridays and will guarantee that your order is delivered next day (Saturday) before 1pm. Orders must be placed before midday on Friday to ensure they are dispatched on the same day. If you are unsure please email us at: [email protected] before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

Royal Mail International Airmail Standard - £4.00 
This is our standard dispatch method. Orders that are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard are delivered according to Royal Mail's guidelines, here.

EXPRESS - EUROPEAN UNION

Royal Mail International Tracked (EU) - £7.95 
International Tracked (EU) is only available for all orders to the following EU member states: 
Austria; Belgium; Croatia; Denmark; Estonia; Finland; France; Germany; Hungary; Ireland; Latvia; Lithuania; Luxembourg; Malta; Netherlands; Poland; Portugal; Spain; Sweden. Delivery times are quoted by Royal Mail as follows: 2 working days after dispatch to Western Europe; 4 working days after dispatch to Eastern Europe, Islands and Principalities.

EXPRESS - REST OF THE WORLD 
We dispatch using the tracked mail services provided by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same day (Monday-Friday only) and orders placed after midday will be processed on the next working day.
