Returns & Refunds

We work hard to ensure that your order is second to none. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us at: [email protected] if there are any problems with the goods you have received. 

Returns Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please contact us for a returns form quoting your order number.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  

Exchanges (if applicable) We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at: [email protected] to request a returns form.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
